T-Ball Wamego...

As I mentioned in my previous post Colten is playing on two t-ball teams, and on the Wamego team Aubrey plays too!  She isn't as into it as Colten but she still has a good time.

Ignore the look on her face in these pictures.  She came down with strep throat the next day.  Poor girl, who gets that during the summer?

All these pictures are really dark (it was rainy and cold) so I will try my best to get some better ones next game!  You can see both kids playing in the field!

T-Ball...

T-Ball is in FULL swing at the Tadtman house.  Colten naturally loves every minute of it.  He is playing in both Manhattan, and Wamego.  Their are pros and cons to both leagues and since he could play on the same team as Aubrey in Wamego we signed him up for both.  

In the Manhattan league you can actually record outs.  For example if you tag someone you are out, if the ball beats you to the bag you are out.  Colten LOVES this and hustles ALL over the field.

In his first game he recorded four out all on his own!  Good job buddy!

The kids attended Vacation Bible School the week after school was out and LOVED every minute of it.  On Saturday they were able to sing a few songs to wrap up the week they both did a wonderful job and it makes me so happy they enjoy bible school so much.

Regional...

The K-State Baseball team hosted their first EVER home regional this past weekend. What a wonderful time it was, and the icing on the cake was that they won!

Big 12 Tournament...

The week before memorial day we headed to Oklahoma City for the big 12 tournament.  As usual it was a lot of fun!  Lots of time spent with my kids, and friends.  I wish Justin had more time to spend with us but maybe next year!  One day Justin, and Colten were fortunate enough to go and help the tornado victims in Moore.  I am so glad that Colten had the opportunity to see first hand how blessed we are.

We played at the park almost every morning while waiting on the games to start.  Claire and Azzy had lots of fun on the bouncer.

We took a carriage ride one night as well.  Aubrey loved being Cinderella.
