Boston...

Justin and I had a wonderful few days in Boston last week celebrating our 10th anniversary.  Escaping reality for a few days was exactly what we needed and the fact that the kids were in wonderful hands made it even better.  They had an amazing time to Yellowstone (more on that later).
We left Tuesday morning out of Manhattan. It was a LONG day of travel including a canceled flight but we finally made it to Boston at about 9:30 that night. We grabbed a quick bite to eat and headed straight to bed.
Sad that our flight was canceled.
The next morning we slept in and then visited the Wharf area. It was really peaceful.

We explored the area most of the day.

That night we did a ghost tour of the city which was a lot of fun.
The next day was our anniversary.  We did some more exploring and then that night went to the best Italian Restaurant. It was so good!

Friday was our final day in the city and the highlight of the day was the baseball game.  They played the Yankees, and we had amazing seats. It was a wonderful way to end a wonderful trip!

MHS Basketball Camp...

Colten attended the basketball camp at MHS this summer too. His basketball ability has come a long ways and we hope to get him on a competitive - traveling team this fall!

Dance Camp - Claire...

Claire attended dance camp as well.  She was SO excited.  Hard to believe this sweet girl is old enough to attend camps.

They were so excited for her! Made my heart so happy.
The song they danced to encouraged them to find body parts and introduced the begining of ballet.  So sweet to watch them all together.

Baseball Camp...

Colten attended baseball camp at K-State again this year. Naturally he had a wonderful time. He has improved over the course of the season and loves to show off his ability as much as possible. :)

Summer Reading...

Summer reading is in full swing and the kids have gotten LOTS of time in both at home and the library.  Thankful to the Grandmas who make sure it happens more often than not!
