More Micro Soccer...

The kids Colten is still enjoying soccer. He even scored a goal in his first "game" last week! Go Colten.
Aubrey really does not want a whole lot to do with it. She is very competitive but would rather tell everyone else what to do instead of doing it herself. Just a few more weeks of it and we will be on to the next summer activity! Makes me wish that summer would SLOW down.
Claire has been attending every activity too.  She is such a good baby and sits in the stroller taking everything in!

Micro Soccer...

The kids have been doing Micro Soccer every Tuesday, and Thursday night for a couple of weeks now. For the most part they both really enjoy it. Colten loves playing any sport so him loving it was a given from the very beginning. Aubrey does not like actually playing so much but loves to go to socialize with her team mates. Much to our surprise Aubrey is VERY competitive and talks a lot of "trash" to the opposing team. She is to funny. She also cries when her team loses. Oh the difference between boys and girls!
Here are all the kids warming up!
Aubs cared more about face paint than anything else.

Love my little sports nut.

Colten warming up.  He was focused!

This was the closest thing to an action shot that I could get of Aubrey!

Colten in his one on one drills.  He won every time!

Life Lately...

We had another wonderful weekend. As always life has been BUSY lately. Between t-ball, theater camp, soccer camp, dance camp, karate, and daily trips to the pool I think it is safe to say that everyone is exhausted at the end of the day. This past weekend was spent at t-ball, and then playing with Addison and Carter. Justin and I attended the Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw concert as well. It was so nice to have some time with just the two of us.  Just thought I would share some of the new photo's taken!

Hers is little Miss!  She is still growing WAY to fast.
Justin and I at the concert.
We met up with one of my good friends before the show!
Excuted for Madagascar 3!

Memorial Day Weekend...

Memorial day weekend was a busy fun weekend. The kids and I made a QUICK trip to Oklahoma City on Friday. We were hoping the Cat's could have made it a little farther in the big 12 Tourney and we would be given the opportunity to watch them play a couple of games. That was not the case so we basically went down to meet Grandpa Mike, Grandma Ginger, and to see daddy! It had been 10 days since we had seen him, and we were ready. When we got home Saturday we had some friends over to play, and headed to the pool. Even though it was FREEZING we had a lot of fun. Sunday was another wonderful pool day followed with a BBQ that night with some friends. Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE summer time? The kids went to see my Grandma's grave on Sunday as well while mommy worked around the house and took a much needed nap with Clair.e Monday was pretty quiet but once again we headed to the pool. Seriously why can it not be warm year round? Enjoy some photo's from the busy weekend. Blogger will not let me put them in the order that I want them and I have given up...so yes they are out of order but the subjects are still adorable.

Weekend Wrapup...

We had another WONDERFUL weekend this past weekend. It was busy but great. Friday night we went to dinner with a friend of mine, and then got home early for a pleasnt change. Saturday was busy. Colten had a t-ball game in Wamego (more on that later), and Justin played in a golf tournament. We hit the pool on Saturday afternoon and it was our intention to do so again on Sunday but it was a bit rainy. Other than that we did not do a whole lot which is what made the weekend so great. We have been so busy the past four months that a low key weekend was just what we needed. Here are a few random photo's from our wonderful weekend.

Dance Recital...

Aubrey had her first dance recital a couple of weeks ago, and she did a wonderful job. I am so proud of her. She worked so hard for so many months and she definitely showed that at the recital. Her class danced to Teddy Bear Picnic and it was adorable. I do not think that their is anything cuter than a bunch of four year old dancing together. She starts dance camp next week, and she is EXCITED. I am too! Her she is with the flowers that her daddy sent her earlier in the day.
Unfortunately Justin was in Texas and unable to attend the recital.
Aubrey and I at her rehearsal.
Isn't she beautiful?
We went to dinner quickly before the recital. She had so much fun!
Before the recital we took LOTS of pictures.
I wasn't able to take any quality photo's during the recital as it was to dark and we were not allowed to use a flash.  As soon as I get a copy of her DVD I will post it.
