Labor Day...

The kids had a wonderful Labor Day walk at Annenberg park! 

Followed by dinner, cookies, and playing outside!

Who could ask for a better day "off"?

Purple Power Play...

It's hard to believe that we have already had two football games this season, and that it is September!

Before the first game we headed to Purple Power Play for some fun.

While we were out we ran into Willie!  Unfortunately Claire still wants no part of Willie. Colten, Aubrey, Bricen, and Amyah sure do love him though!

We were also able to sit in an ambulance.

We also had LOTS of fun in the different bounce houses!

The Girls LOVE Leah! I don't blame them!

In case you were wondering Claire is as big as the rest of them!

Riding Lesson...

Aubrey had her first riding lesson on Labor Day, and LOVED it. We were lucky to get it in first thing before it got to hot.

Her horse was named Zip, and she LOVED him too.

In her first lesson she learned how to groom, ride through a maze, sit in the jumping position, and trot!  It was a full hour.  I'm thrilled that she seems to have found something that she really loves to do. For the first few months we are going to go every other week, and then we will probably pick up the pace this spring. 

As you can tell she was thrilled the entire time.
