Christmas Day was spent at our house with both of our mom's, our siblings, and our nieces and nephews. It was wonderful. So simple and that's exactly what EVERYONE needed at this point.
Aubrey trying out her new makeup.
Colten (notice both him and Aubrey are in PJ's) taking pictures.
Miss Claire snacking before everyone got to the house.
Grandma, with Aubs. Don't you love her? She couldn't stop snacking to pose!
Love that sweet face.
Time for lunch. We had a ton of food like always. During lunch we went around and talked about what we would like to do to be a better person in 2013. It was wonderful to hear the kids answers, and to have them really understand what they were saying. We also talked about what we were thankful for this year.
The girls.
Family photo. Love them ALL SO much.
Grand kids with our mom's.
Awe, Justin's sister, and her family.
My sister, and her family.
Uncle Brett with his nieces, and nephews. They are lucky to have such a good uncle.
Colten, and Bricen.
Auntie, and Mya. I think they were spoiled.
Miss Mya loved her Minnie Mouse.
Claire still enjoyed opening...especially gifts that weren't hers.
After gifts they decided it was movie time, and that our bed didn't really need to be made.
Colten came back out to help open some of the grown ups gifts.
Then Addison decided she should help too.
Then it was time to slide...I swear they all went down it 700 times!
I got to sit back and snuggle my big girl. What a blessing that was.
It was a wonderful day and we are so thankful for a God that died for us. We are blessed to be able to celebrate his birthday in the manner we do.
