We had a wonderful evening the night Colten turned 8! We went to Buffalo Wild Wings (his pick) and then home for ice cream cake and gifts. I hope he always has the excitment like he did that night. Life is so much better when viewed through a child's eyes.
After everyone was gone we took some fun family photos. So blessed to have them all in my life.
The next day we headed to the cemetery to tell his brother happy birthday, and that we still miss him as much today as we did in the days following his passing.
