Christmas Night...

Christmas night we went to my grandpas here in town.  The kids got to play with some second cousins and had a wonderful time.

Christmas Day...

Christmas day was full of love and laughter.  We were lucky enough to be able to host at the house. It was wonderful having family over for the day and even better that no one stays with us!
These two are close in age and I can not wait to watch them grow up together.
The kids with their cousins.
Crouch family.
Aunt Angela, and Uncle Greg with the kids.
Grandma Karen with her family.
They were excited to open gifts.
Uncle Brett got some love too.

The kids got books that explained all their relatives that fought in wars. Such a neat idea.

Cookies For Santa...

The kids decorated cookies on Christmas eve with their grandmas.  They had a wonderful time and loved being able to leave them out for Santa that night.

Colten Turns 8...

Found some more pictures from Colten turning 8 and had to share.
Grandpa Mike and Grandma Ginger came by with their puppy Bentley.

They loved loving on him for his birthday!

Coltens Birthday...

We had a wonderful evening the night Colten turned 8!  We went to Buffalo Wild Wings (his pick) and then home for ice cream cake and gifts.  I hope he always has the excitment like he did that night.  Life is so much better when viewed through a child's eyes.

After everyone was gone we took some fun family photos.  So blessed to have them all in my life.

The next day we headed to the cemetery to tell his brother happy birthday, and that we still miss him as much today as we did in the days following his passing.

Christmas Parties...

The kids had a great time at their Christmas parties at school.  They end it every year with a sing along in the school gym.  Nothing like hearing all those sweet kids singing Christmas carols!  Really puts you in the Christmas mood.
I can not believe how big he looks here.
Aubrey had a gift exchange with her friends.  She LOVED it.  Yes they only have five girls in her class.  The boys outnumber the girls for sure!

Of course no party is complete with out sweet treats.

Dad even made the party!
Loved listening to them sing!
