It's still hard to believe that another school year has come and gone in the blink of an eye! It was a cold last day of school but both kids sported their purple as we headed to Tulsa as soon as school was out for the Big 12 baseball tournament. What a busy day.
This girl is going to be a SECOND grader next year. Still so hard to believe. She is growing up so fast and it's still hard to wrap my head around the fact she is no longer a little girl. Her heart is so big and I feel blessed to call her ours!
I was a TOTAL slacker on the signs for the last day of school picture. Colten said he wanted to be a baseball player, and a keyboard player (no idea where that came from), and Aubrey wants to be an artist. She loves all things art!
Colten had a wonderful year in second grade. On to third for him! Again slow down time!
Have to get a shot in front of the school.
We also HAD to get a picture of the kids and their wonderful teachers this past year. They both helped our children grow so much and for that we are beyond grateful.
Both kids have had Mrs. Barr and it will be so sad next year when we don't send a child to her class. She is so special to us.
Claire also had her last day of daycare the week before. She has been in an in home private day care until now. We pulled her out for the summer so that she can have a lazy summer with the big kids. She will go to 3 year old preschool at MCS in the fall.
Again we were so fortunate to have Jana take AMAZING care for her. We were disapointed when Grandma couldn't take care of Claire like she did the other two but Jana was beyond amazing.
She loved all the kids at Jana's and they will be missed for sure! Everyone but the two littlest are on to preschool this fall.
Wish they didn't all have to grow up so fast!
