KSU VS UCF...

Well KSU played UCF last weekend and of course we attended the game. Like always the kids had LOTS of fun and ran around like crazy children before the game. It was a rare occurrence and Justin did not have baseball recruits in town so he was able to join us in the tailgate festivities! We had to drag Colten, and Aubrey out of bed on Saturday morning so they started off a little grouchy but before long they were my happy lovable children again! At the end of the day the Cat's had another victory, and we were still dry!
Here is Aubrey in the tank before the game. It was military day and the kid's loved it!

Colten loved it too!

He is all boy! He had to figure out how everything worked.

Trying to get a good picture of them, and failing!

Try number two was a little better.

Riding the trike at the tailgate. It makes me laugh that they think they HAVE to bring the trike to the tailgate. I have no clue as to why they think that is what you are suppose to do at a tailgate. Goofy kids!

Uncle Justin with Addison. She is getting HUGE!

Time to eat!

Game time. All the kids sitting down waiting to watch the game.

Don't worry the sitting down part didn't last long!

Daddy, and Aubrey. I love their facial expressions in this one!

The girls got tired and took a nap in the closet.

Back awake and having fun.

Aubrey LOVED having a girl to play with. I can't wait until Addison, and Mya get to the age where they can really play with her!

Miss Addison. Isn't she perfect?

This is what the sky looked like during the rain delay...crazy!

You Brush Your Teeth...

Aubrey's favorite thing to do right now is brush her teeth! She loves it, she asks to do it multiple times a day and is getting pretty good at it! She requires little assistance in the brushing process which makes for one happy momma! Now if we could only convince Colten to brush his we would be set! Here are some action shots of Aburey!

Stop and Smell the Roses...

Have I ever mentioned how sweet my daughter is?
We went to dinner last Friday night and like always I was encouraging my children to walk faster, and to hurry up so we could get our name on the list before the huge group standing next to us was able to. All of the sudden Aubrey insisted upon stopping. The girl was not going to take no for an answer so to avoid a complete melt down I gave in and stopped to see what it was she needed at that second. When I looked down she was stopped by a flower bed...smelling the flowers. She looked at me with those big brown eyes and said we have to stop and smell the flowers mommy. What a perfect reminder. These two are growing up WAY to fast and I needed that reminder from my sweet two and a half year old to just stop and slow down. Just enjoy the moment we are in because they are not going to slow down. Thanks for the reminder Aubs! You are one perfect little girl!

Rock Star Colten...

I think we have a rock star on our hands! He is to cute and always asks if he can "Rock Out"! Sorry I know that the picture quality is bad but I had to post anyways!

Cico Park...

We ventured over to cico park this weekend and like always the kids had lots of fun. The cooler weather is nice however I am not even close to being ready for winter! I wish it would stay in the 80's year round!

Oh Aubs...

We had to take Aubs to the doctor last night. She has had her ears pierced for almost a year now, and we have never had a problem. The last pair of earrings I got her however were a different story! One of her ears got really infected shortly after putting the new earring in, we had been treating it with solution, and neosporin. It was looking better but she keeps picking at it so it was never able to completely heal. Well yesterday she decided to pick at it then rub her eye. This caused the same infection to form in her eye. Therefore we are now on a heavy dose of antibiotics to clear both her eye, and ear up. I'm just glad that Aubs is MUCH better than her brother when it comes to taking medicine!

Here are the two monkeys getting ready to see the doctor! Yes we all went!

Sleep Over...

Justin, and I went to Kansas City for the game last weekend and had a wonderful time. The kids stayed here in town with our mom's and had an awesome time! Since my sister had to work Friday night Grandma Donna had cousin's Bricen, and Amayah too. They decided to all have a sleepover at Bricen's house and had a ball. Grandma Donna was very good about sending picture's to mommy and daddy so we could see what they were up to!
Here is Justin and I during the game. We had an awesome time despite missing our two favorite people! I wonder if they ever get easier to leave...I'm going to go with no on that.

Aubrey was ready for her sleepover!

First they went to Auntie Whitney's work and got a pizza, they took the pizza to the park for a picnic! After the picnic they got to play!

and play

and play some more

and some more!

When they were done playing it was time for a bath.

Then it was time to get ready for bed.

It took a while to get ready for bed because there was still lots of playing to do!

Between the rounds of playing we watched some cartoons!

Mya was the first one to fall asleep...

the rest of us had to play some more!

We all slept really well when we finally crashed.

The next morning we had to get up and play some more! This time we played on the trails out at Annenberg park. We had lots of fun, and we chased lions, and tigers, and bears!

Colten used his buzz gloves to help him track all the animals down!

Aubrey used the bumble bee mask to scare things away!

Thanks for the fun weekend Grandma Donna, and Grandma Karen. We can't wait to do it again!

Can you tell we have a drama queen on our hands? I love the facial expressions she gives and the way she looks at us like what are you doing? Couldn't love her any more!
