This Week...

I REALLY want to get better at blogging so I can remember in clear detail these days that go by so fast.  They years are so short and it makes me so sad to think that the kids will be out of the house in the blink of an eye. So why some of these posts seem random I never want to forget what our life was like.
This puppy of ours. He is so much work but so much fun.  Despite the look on his face he loves to ride in the car. He will be six months May 15th!  Crazy!
The girls love all things snap chat!  I love these girls!  They also loved explaining it all to Carter!
Justin and I were on the hog roast committee for the kids school and had a great time! Can't wait to do it all again next year.
Grandpa with his grand kids! We are blessed!

These two have been sick for most of the week. I love that they have wanted to snuggle each other close!  They have a love hate relationship for sure!

Hog Roast...

Justin and I helped with the annual hog roast at the school again this year. It was a BIG success and raised lots for the school.  Sad to say these were the only two pictures I took all night. I guess we were to busy having fun.

Claire's First Game of The Season...

Claire had her first soccer game of the season last night! After SEVERAL weeks of rain outs she had an awesome time.  That little face! Doesn't seem like she should be old enough to play soccer!
She worked SO hard the entire game. I could not be more proud of this girl!
She hustled and was so excited when she got a good kick in.

Of course Aubrey was there to cheer her on...sort of!

Her poor shoe kept falling off! It was strange but she ran over as fast as she could to get it put back on and then she was back out on the field.
Two girls from her school are on her team and it was fun to watch them interact! Can't wait to do it all again next week.

Manhattan Tournament...

Colten's team played in the first of two Manhattan tournaments this past weekend. It was so fun to be back out at the ball fields making memories for all to enjoy.  They played until 9:00 last night so needless to say it was hard to get everyone up and moving this morning.
He made his pitching debut Friday night for this team. It is always a fun yet nerve racking experience to watch him on the mound. He pitched the 3rd, and 4th inning and did a great job!

On Saturday they unfortunately lost which meant that we played at 8:00am Sunday! Never fun to have an early start to the day!  He caught all three games on Sunday, and went 5-7 at the plate. He was exhausted last night!

The girls are always trying to find a way to stay entertained!

I love this girl so much!

Claire and Hudson had to take a little break! We are fortunate for GREAT friends from our old team that still come and cheer Colten on!
They ended up taking second place (Colten wasn't to happy about it) but they were the youngest team there by a whole year so in my opinion they did a wonderful job! Can't wait to see where this season takes them!
