Our sweet baby girl turned 7 months last week...crazy I know. She has brought our family SO much love and happiness. I am so in love! She really is a pretty good baby, and my hope is by 8 months she may be sleeping through the night however I am not going to hold my breath. She has mastered sitting up, and solids. Her little laugh is contagious and she ADORES her brother and sister. How lucky are we? Here are her seven month photo's!

Night Time...
Justin has been on the road lots lately leaving me to the night time routine on my own. Most night's are very doable, however every now and then the kids like to make it a challenge! Miss Claire especially. She has her bed time routine. I love the one on one attention we get after the two big ones pass out; however some nights it is not all fun and games, it is a LOT of work. I don't mind one bit because I do work all day...I know it sounds odd but the evenings are the only time I get with my children. I feel as though they should have my undivided attention and I should not be "short" with them because I am exhausted. I should love them more because they WANT to spend time with me since they have not seen me all day. I know that I will NEVER get these days back so on the days I am EXHAUSTED at the end of the day I try to not get annoyed with this perfect face even though it is 12:15am. I try and remember this is the only time in her life she will need me this much! How could you not love her?
I do swear she know's when I need a break because the next night she was OUT at 9:00. What a sweet girl!

Family Photo's...
We had some family picture's taken a couple of weeks ago and I just LOVE the way they turned out. I am a huge photo person so I thought I would share some of my favorites. I can not wait to have them hanging all over my house.

Happy Birthday Daddy...
This past Tuesday was Justin's birthday. I was so happy that he was able to celebrate the day here in town with us. We had a great night, and are looking forward to celebrating many many more birthday's with him. He is such a wonderful person inside and out and I feel beyond blessed that I am able to call him my husband. Tuesday night we had dinner at Cox Brother's, and then headed to Orange Leaf for ice cream (he doesn't really care for cake, strange I know). The kids had a lot of fun showering him with gifts. They have figured out however that Adult birthday parties are not a lot of fun for them.
Justin and his mom at Orange Leaf.
Justin and his niece Addison. Isn't she adorable?
Family photo...Aubrey had dance right before and like always she refused to change after, Colten is in his PJ's form pajama day at school.
Daddy with his babies. Love this!
Miss Aubrey.
These two are CRAZY men when we put them together but we would not have it any other way.
Claire decided that she needed ice cream too. My mom could not feed her fast enough. It's hard work to keep your thighs nice and plump!
A guy outside of Orange Leaf had a little snake which the kids LOVED, and the mama's HATED!
Gross..why would you want to touch that?
So after dinner we ran to sports clips so that Colten could get his hair cut into a Mohawk for crazy hair day at school. He was so proud.
No worries the Mohawk is going to be shaved off this weekend, and yes he is fine with it!
Happy Birthday Justin. I hope you know how much you mean to this family!

Baseball...
We attended the last home K-State baseball game Sunday night. It is bittersweet how fast this season has gone. Like every year we attended most of the home games and the kids had a ball. Colten has a good friend whose Dad works with Justin so needless to say there was lots of catch played while at the games. We are wishing them good luck this weekend as they head to Texas Tech, and then hopefully to the big 12 tournament. The kids and I are sitting the tournament out this year. I have meetings I can't get out of all next week, and it's the kids last week at their current school so I hate for them to miss it. Next year hopefully we can cheer them on in person. Here are some photo's from the season.
I love that Claire is trying to figure Willie out in both of these pictures!
Very thankful that this girl can sleep anywhere!
The two big ones with Willie. He came and visited our suite LOTS this season.
Claire was a pretty great cheerleader!
I'm sure next season will be here in the blink of an eye!

New Trick...
Someone in our house has learned a new trick...
She's pretty proud of herself!
Her parents are proud of her too!
Just because I think she's adorable in this picture!

T - Ball...
Colten had his first t-ball practice a couple of weekends ago. He has wanted to play forever, and is thrilled that he is finally getting to. He is very a little annoyed that it is only practice and his first games are still so far away. Colten is SO serious about it all. We were a little surprised to see that at age five it really isn't t-ball. It's coach pitch. Colten is thrilled about this however it makes me nervous, I feel sorry for the kids that can not hit the ball! Justin is the assistant coach so it's been a lot of fun watching them together. Again excuse the poor photos (Justin wasn't at this practice and I had two girls to chase). We can't wait to cheer you on Colten!
