Oregon...

The big kids and I were fortunate enough to be able to accompany the baseball team to the Super Regional in Corvallis Oregon last week.  Even though the outcome of the games was not what we wanted we still had a wonderful time.  It was a fun place to visit and someplace we had never been before.  We had a big debate on what to do with Claire and finally decided to leave her home.  It was HARD to do but the right decision for sure.  It was nice not to have to worry about a little one and to be able to focus all my attention on Colten, and Aubrey.
We left on Thursday the 6th and came home the 11th.
Colten and Aubrey waiting for our charter flight!
The first day there we just stayed close to the hotel, and explored.  We found a Trader Joe's and just hung out.  We were pretty tired from traveling all day.
On Friday the other wives, and I decided to head to the beach (the guys had practice, and meetings ALL day).  To say the kids were excited was an understatement!
When we got out of the car at the beach it was COLD!  We decided to have some lunch and see if it would warm up any.
The kids used their towels as blankets.  Newport was an adorable little town. My only complaint was no fountain drinks, I know my life is tough!

After lunch we decided to brave the cold and just go for it.  When you live in Kansas and are an hour away from a beach you HAVE to get in the water.

Colten had a ball standing in the waves despite the numb feat.  Aubrey wasn't as brave!

After we returned from the beach it was time for dinner with the team, and daddy.  Colten was ready to have some men back in his life after being with all women all day! :)
On Saturday it was game day!  Here are Colten, and Aubrey before we headed in.  Can I just say that the fans there were AWFUL!  After we lost on Monday we had a grown adult tell Colten (he was crying because we lost, and rightfully so.  I wanted to cry) to "grow the f*** up".  I have never in my life hated a group of fans so much. SO sad.
These are after an AWESOME game Saturday night.  We won so I'm not sure why Aubrey was so sad! She was pouting about something!
Here's our happy Aubrey again!
What a good daddy to wear a crown with his girl!
We spent LOTS of time at the pool.  Aubrey LOVES baby Caroline so to swim with her was a treat!
We also had fun at the park!  Aubrey LOVED the castle.
We even managed to hit up an amazing outlet mall!  Aubs got her bear there!

Before Monday's game Colten REFUSED to put on his tennis shoes.  He said he wore his sandals on Saturday and we won so he was wearing them again! Crazy kid. I wish it would have worked!
All the women before the last game.  Such a fun group of people!
Finally headed home.  What an amazing season the Cats had!  So thankful we were able to be a part of it!
