SOLIDS...

Claire took to solids and has not looked back. At ten months old there is nothing she can not handle and let me tell you it is wonderful! Colten threw everything up until he had his tonsils out and Aubrey had a horrible gag reflex! Claire can gum anything we give her, and it is AMAZING to have a baby who can, and will just eat what the rest of the family is eating for dinner. Last night we had minestrone lasagna and she just ate it. No extra cutting or having to plan something different for this girl!  The only drawback is that she will not let me feed her anything!  No yogurt, applesauce, etc (the only exception is ice cream and really I can not blame the girl for that).   If she can not do it herself she wants no part of it!

Of course the dogs remembered quickly how much babies like to share!
