Grandma Ginger Retires...

Yesterday we headed to Marysville to celebrate Grandma Ginger's retirement with her. We are so excited for Grandma and Grandpa and happy we got to be a part of Grandma's special day. There were two parties one at the hospital and then a cook out at a friends house. Grandpa got Grandma a go-kart for her present and needless to say that EVERYONE had LOTS of fun playing with it. Colten, and Aubrey are already asking when we get to go back and play again. They will be ecstatic when the realize they get to go back when bundle of joy number 3 arrives next week.
It was sitting outside the hospital when we arrived! Such a cute gift idea.
The two boys patiently awaiting their turn!
Mya was trying to figure the go cart out. Aunt Lori explained to her that it would be lots of fun.
Aubrey got the first ride with Grandpa.
After fits we got smart and decided to hook the wagon up to the go-kart so everyone could enjoy it at once.
And then they were off to the park!
They made a loop around the park!
Did I mention they LOVED it?
The wagon worked great. I think Mya really did enjoy it the most.
Colten decided we should play at the park for a little while before we headed back to the house, and he was right. What a beautiful day!
Goofy girl!
We then reloaded the go-kart. Colten had lots of fun helping Grandpa drive.
He really did like it despite the look on his face.
We then headed back to the house and rode the thing for two more hours!

Grandpa with his girls! There belly laughs were priceless!
Of course I didn't remember to take any pictures at either party but despite that we are beyond thrilled (and a little jealous) that Grandma Ginger NEVER has to work again!
